First thing about training is that are you suitable because you need a lot of things to succeed.  It is a difficult job and the returns are very little, especially monetary returns the only thing that you will definite get when you succeed is just the knowledge of success and conquest of a difficult job which cannot be bought by money.  By conquest I don't mean of the dog but more of yourself and all the bad habits that you may have.

Trainer comes into five categories: Interest, Hobby, Job, Commercial and Professional.

First "Interest", human is the top of all animals thus we can train a small animal and gain some sense of superiority.

Second "Hobby", learning very basic elementary training theory and basic training exercise and not as a job.

Third "as a job", going to the owner's premise to train the dog for its owner for money or have a training kennel premise to train dogs for owners whose dog is boarded in the kennel.  Both are for monetary gains as a job.

Fourth "commercial", using their dog training techniques to start a business, i.e. guard and security, training kennel, exhibition and TV and movie and advertising canines training.

Fifth "Professional", it is the trainer who has the most experienced and training.  It may come from taking many examinations and get a lot of certificate i.e. the dog trainers who teaches dog training in the army, police or association trainers who trains for international competition.  Lecture is need lots of experience in training and has been doing this for a long time.

To be successful a trainer need to have a lot of stamina, good ethics, patience, understanding, observant, quick reflex, courage, the love for training and ability arrange time to do the exercise.

One needs to learn, the cycle of a dog's life, behavior genetic, care and management, vet care, vaccines, hygiene breeding and genetic engineering and the knowledge rules of different competition.

The best time to start training is from young youth.  When one's behavior and mind is not yet set in its way.  Also the body is still healthier and has more stamina.  A lot of kids who is still rebellious and cannot mixed with society and family.  It is a good chance when they train their dog they are gain a chance to teach their dog and they realize how had it is to be a parent and teacher is teaching its kid.

●　Scrutiny System

Necessary requirement are needed to apply for an examination from our association.

(1)	Must be a member of our association.
(2)	Must have a lecture or recognized trainer who will put him up.  This person must also be recognized by our association and is one of our members.
(3)	We have five levels.
(4)	All must start with the fifth people.
(5)	Each level examination uses three sections.
First Section			Written exam					Total score 60
Second Section			Actual Training Examination		Score    100
Third Section			Reflex Reaction				Score    40    
                        Passing Grade				    120 or above

(6)	Second section actual training examination must be 50 failures to obtain the basic 50 score for this section; the applicant has to undergo another re-examination for their section in order to pass.
(7)	All passing members will obtain a certificate.

First section: Written exam

Take your trained dog to the place appointed as the examination grounds for the examination

Third section: Reflex reaction examination
Dogs to be given by our association so that the student will not be acquainted with the dog to obtain the reflex reaction examination subjects for test is:
(1)	Observation
(2)	Approach with a new dog
(3)	How to establish a quick bond
(4)	Techniques to use to train a new dog
(5)	Vocal command

For all five levels, the second section when the first student go to the starting point the second-in-line student must go to the preparation area to stand by and wait for the first student to finish.

Both dog handlers can sit or stand to wait but he must be in the standby preparation area.  When the second student start the third student must wait in the standby preparation area. Until the last student is doing the examination and the first student must stay in the standby preparation area.
